Carine at the Teklanika River

An emotional pause at the edge of the Teklanika, the river that stranded Chris from civilization when it raged, swollen from glacial melt in the summer of 1992. I was able to cross in late May 2014 with a large, experienced group of friends, many of whom are from Alaska.
